The Triple Cure Assembly recently marked a major milestone in our mission to uplift grassroots communities across Nigeria with the successful conclusion of our 2nd Annual Memorial Scholarship and Economic Empowerment Ceremony. Held in Igbotako, Ondo State, the 2026 edition of the program represented a significant expansion of our commitment to both education and local commerce.
Expanding Educational Opportunities in Igbotako
Education remains the cornerstone of community development. Building on the foundation set during our inaugural year, we are proud to announce that the 2026 program successfully awarded full scholarships to 20 outstanding secondary school students from the region, bringing our total number of scholars supported to date to over 40.
These scholarships go beyond simply covering tuition. By providing financial backing, critical learning resources, and ongoing mentorship, we are ensuring that these bright young scholars have the support they need to stay in school, focus on their studies, and ultimately shape a better future for themselves and their communities.
Grassroots Economic Empowerment for Market Women
While education is vital for the next generation, immediate economic intervention is just as crucial for community stability today. For the first time, Triple Cure Assembly expanded the scope of the Igbotako event to directly support the local economy.
Recognizing the vital role that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play in sustaining families, we extended our outreach to the marketplace. The foundation successfully empowered 105 local market women by equipping them with practical, high-quality business tools. Beneficiaries received heavy-duty market umbrellas to protect their stalls from the elements, as well as modern gas cookers designed to ease both domestic and commercial food preparation.
A Legacy of Lasting Impact
This year's ceremony was a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when communities come together with a shared vision for growth. We invite our supporters, partners, and the public to explore the full story of the 2026 event.
The Triple Cure Assembly remains steadfast in its dedication to bridging educational gaps and delivering sustainable economic empowerment to underserved regions in Nigeria.
